Sculptory
The world-renowned sculptor, Peter Rubino, is conducting a hands-on clay sculpting class. The clay and tools will be provided and you can take your work home with you. This class is a rare opportunity to be taught by a master in the art.

Culinary
Enjoy a hands-on class on how to make pasta from scratch. You make your own pasta and take it home to enjoy. All of the ingredients are supplied.

Italian History
This interesting and informative class is conducted by a native-born Italian, Sara Marzaban. Sara provides an overview of the history of the region from the Roman Empire to Italy formally becoming a country. The contribution of Italian culture to art, science, music, architecture, food and much more are explored during this dynamic class.
